I was able to get a membership to the LSU Rec and Gym. I love it! It has opened so many more doors for me to get together with students and meet new ones!
The gym has a rock wall, which a student and I have already tried to tackle. I am even allowed to play intramural sports with the students, we have an RUF co-ed Volleyball team signed up...the only thing we need is a good name...any suggestions?
Today a student and I went to do a little work out, then rewarded ourselfs with some TCBY 99 cent waffle cone wednesday, next week we are going to do it again...and try a hip hop class..that should be interesting.....
